Ever wanted to learn how to do a handstand? Start slowly by training your body piece by piece before you do the full handstand at once. To begin, start with the frog stand. This will help train your balance without being too high off the ground. Once you nailed that down, work with the wall to get a feel of being in an upside down position. Then, you will have to practice handstand kicks that will help you get into that position without the help of a wall. Sounds easy? Watch the video below!
